WELCOME to the SUPERSPAR CROSSING online store. The Crossing Team values your support and any feedback that will assist us in improving our service.
How does the CROSSING grocery delivery work?
Register and shop via our “Online” grocery platform App or via the website. Fill your cart and go to checkout. A history of past orders is kept for your reference and for reordering purposes.
The CROSSING trained "personal shoppers" will pick your order and once ready for delivery you’ll receive notification.
To minimize the risk of virus contamination Upon arrival at your delivery address, our drivers are instructed to ring the bell, and then step back and stand at a safe distance.
Portable Card Machine: Our driver will sanitize the device and hand it over to the customer, after the customer has entered their pin and the transaction is approved, the customer can remove their card and hand the device back to our driver.
The driver will then place the bags at your door, take down your name, with the day, date and time of delivery in your presence, so you won’t need to sign any paperwork nor will any paperwork be exchanged other than the cash register slip.

When ordering platters online, please allow a 24 hour lead time for us to freshly prepare your order and deliver.
